When you book a strategy call or consultation through our website, you agree to provide accurate contact and business information. Scheduled calls are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice. Free strategy calls do not create a binding obligation for either party to enter into a paid engagement.
Paid services (including AI Operations Audits, automation build-outs, CRM implementations, and retainer engagements) are governed by a separate service agreement. These Terms apply to the website and general interactions with BashBros; the service agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms regarding the scope of paid work.
Our AI Operations Audit includes a satisfaction guarantee as described on our website. If we cannot identify at least 10 hours per week in realistic time savings based on our audit, you will not be charged for the audit. This guarantee applies only to the initial audit deliverable and is subject to the client providing reasonable access to their team, tools, and workflows during the audit period. The determination of "realistic time savings" is based on our professional assessment and documented in the audit report.

All content on the BashBros website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BashBros LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.
Work product created specifically for a client during a paid engagement (such as custom automations, workflows, and system configurations) belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. BashBros retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and knowledge gained during engagements.
We treat all client business information shared during consultations and engagements as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (for example, configuring third-party tools on your behalf with your authorization).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BashBros LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any damages resulting from third-party tools or integrations implemented as part of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to BashBros in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we strive to implement effective solutions for our clients, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings beyond what is explicitly stated in a service agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BashBros LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services in a manner not authorized by us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time for violation of these Terms. Termination of ongoing service engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
